Confidentiality Trading EveryDay (TED) agrees to maintain the confidentiality of its client(s) and the coaching relationship. TED will hold confidential the name(s) of its client(s), and information about their personal, academic and / or professional life, colleagues or related parties. TED will not provide any of this information to anyone without the express permission from the client. Client and Mentor Relationship TED will pledge to honor and support the beliefs, values, individuality, objectives and goals of its client(s) so they can grow and expand in the areas of their trading lives that they have chosen. TED will strive to assist its clients by taking the following actions:
In doing so, TED pledges to respect its client(s) individual requirements, limitations, and personal trading boundaries. TED will remain constructive and instrumental in any feedback or exchange between us and will put first the well-being and expressed desires of its client(s) and at no time own self interest or personal gain as it pertains to the coach / client relationship. Personal Conduct TED will provide coaching to client(s) only in the areas of its experience, expertise or understanding. TED will not offer guidance, advice, or counseling in any specialized areas in which it is not qualified. If it becomes apparent that the client has challenges or problems that are beyond TED's experiences, expertise or understanding, TED will request that the client seek advice, counsel, or services from a qualified professional to help them in that area. TED will reserve all rights to terminate the relationship until the client has done so if the challenge or problem impedes the forward progress of the coaching process. All information, training, and coaching sessions offered by TED are for educational purposes only. No warranties or guarantees of stock market success are offered of any kind. Further, no advice will be given on specific stocks (e.g. no “hot stock tips”) or on general financial management (e.g. financial planning).* Quite simply, TED will provide you with the tools to improve your trading skills – how you use those tools is up to you. But if you are dedicated to becoming a better trader, the likelihood of your doing better after using Personal Trading Coach services is higher than if you do not and learn on your own. *Trading at any level, when done successfully, requires knowledge, skills, and hard work. Just as a Wharton MBA doesn’t guarantee success in the corporate world, completion of the courses and use of TED's Personal Trading Coach services does not guarantee success in the stock market. Professional Conduct TED pledges to conduct itself in a manner that reflects positively upon the trading profession and will refrain from engaging in conduct or making statements that may negatively impact the public's understanding or acceptance of trading as a profession. TED will not knowingly provide any public statements that are untrue or misleading, or make false claims in any written documents relating to the trading profession. TED will respect different approaches to coaching and will honor the efforts and contributions of others and not misrepresent them as its own. TED will at all times strive to recognize personal issues that may impair, conflict or interfere with its coaching performance or professional relationships. Whenever the facts and circumstances necessitate, TED will promptly seek professional assistance and determine the action to be taken, including whether it is appropriate to suspend or terminate its coaching relationships. TED will seek to avoid conflicts between TED's interests and the client's interests. Whenever any actual conflict of interest or the potential for a conflict of interest arises, TED will openly disclose it and fully discuss with the client how to deal with it in whatever way best serves the client. |
