2. The FAQs document will familiarize you with my Private Mentoring Program.

3. If you are still interested in being considered for the program after reading the FAQs, please complete the Private Mentoring Application Form in full. If the form is incomplete, processing will be delayed or you will automatically be considered ineligible.

Once you submit the Application Form, a Trading History Questionnaire¹ will automatically be provided for you to complete in full.

PLEASE NOTE: We currently work exclusively with clients trading E-mini's, stocks, and options. Forex is NOT supported in this program at this time!
