Trading EveryDay ("TED") seeks to reach a 100% customer satisfaction. For changes to or cancellation of a scheduled coaching session, clients are required to provide notice 48 hours prior to the scheduled session.
  • If notice is provided within the 48 hour period, cancellations will be refundable minus a USD 20.00 service fee. Cancellations requested during the coaching session will be prorated according to the time already transpired and used.
  • If notice is not provided within the 48 hour period, no reimbursement will be made for the missed appointment.
NOTE: Trading EveryDay reserves the right to cancel coaching sessions and other events as needed. If such a cancellation occurs, clients will be notified by Trading EveryDay at least 48 hours prior to the coaching session either by e-mail or phone. In these cases, a full refund will be given, if requested by the client. Otherwise, the session will be rescheduled for another date and time to accommodate the client.

One-on-One Mentoring.
  • Trading EveryDay ("TED") seeks to reach 100% satisfaction from all Members. For changes to or cancellation of a scheduled coaching session, clients are required to provide notice 48 hours prior to the scheduled session. Failure to do so may allow TED to count the missed session against the four (4) coaching sessions afforded you in this program or against the two (2) coaching sessions afforded Silver Members.
  • If notice is provided per the 48-hour guideline, the change or cancellation may be rescheduled during the same month (one (1) session per month) of the originally scheduled session.
  • If notice is not provided per the 48-hour guideline, no rescheduling will be allowed for the missed appointment.
  • NOTE: Trading EveryDay reserves the right to cancel coaching sessions and other events due to extenuating circumstances and/or emergency situations. If such a cancellation occurs, clients will be notified by Trading EveryDay as soon as possible prior to the coaching session either by e-mail or phone. In these cases, TED will accommodate the client's availability to reschedule the session for another date and time.

  • All refunds must be requested within 30 days of the initial purchase date.
  • Please include your name, email address, purchase date, invoice number, the product or products you are returning, and reason the refund is being requested with your refund request.
  • The purchase price of the returned product less a 20% processing fee will be credited to the credit card used for the purchase.
  • All information requested above must be submitted prior to the issue of the refund.
  • All refunds must be requested in writing within 24 hours after the seminar (or the first seminar session if two (2) or more sessions are scheduled).
  • Please send request to seminars@tradingeveryday.com and include your name, email address, purchase date, invoice number, and reason for requesting the refund or cancellation.
  • All registration and processing fees are non-refundable.
  • The Try-Before-You-Buy registration fee is non-refundable and if a customer chooses to upgrade to the full course, each monthly fee is non-refundable.
  • "No shows" will receive credit for the amount of purchase to be applied to any future TED course, seminar, or program of the attendee's choice.
  • If access to digital recordings were included in the purchase, access to them will be terminated immediately upon receipt of your request for refund or cancellation.
  • Once course materials and PDF's are downloaded, customer acknowledges and agrees to waiving rights to a refund.
  • If a Trading Room subscription was included in the purchase, access to the Trading Room will be terminated immediately upon receipt of your request for refund or cancellation.
A Client may only cancel access to the Trading EveryDay BarChart System by not downloading and installing the strategies and cancelling access to the Boot Camp 2.0/2.1+ Online Courses.
  • Notice of Cancellation must be submitted via the helpdesk by registering on the Support website or by providing a written request via email to sales@tradingeveryday.com.
  • Please include your name, email address, purchase date, invoice number, and reason for cancellation.
  • The BarCharts trading system is complementary and a part of the Boot Camp 2.0/2.1+ Online Course program.
  • The purchase price of the Boot Camp 2.0/2.1+ Online Courses less a 20% processing fee will be credited to the credit card used for the purchase.
Sunday Live Chart Review Membership/Subscription.
  • There is a full refund if you are not satisfied with the annual membership and cancel within seven days of purchase. If you request a refund after seven days of purchase, we will grant a partial refund for the time remaining on your subscription.
  • To cancel your subscription, simply send an email request to support@tradingeveryday.com. Upon receipt of cancellation request, you will receive email notification that your access is terminated and you will no longer be billed.
  • While we invite our subscribers to enjoy all the features this site has to offer, we must require that each subscriber abide by certain rules in order to protect the rights of others. The enforcement of these rules will be administered by the staff of Trading EveryDay. Please note that failing to abide by these rules can and will result in the immediate termination of your membership and access to this site - without warning, refund, or recourse.
  • Notice of Cancellation must be provided in writing via email to portal@tradingeveryday.com within 30 days from the date of purchase.

  • The purchase price less a 20% processing fee less any prorated amount (see next policy below) based on printable material provided will be credited to the client/customer's credit card or PayPal account.
  • If all of the downloadable, printable material is provided to the customer/client prior to receipt of the Notice of Cancellation, this Refund Policy becomes null and void. If not, the refund amount will be prorated based on the percentage of printable material provided at the time the Notice of Cancellation is received by TED.
  • All information requested above must be submitted prior to the issue of the refund.
